Ok i'm talking about before the GST hike, which made their prices more expensive so it kinda makes a little more sense though still quite dumb.

Have you all eaten Shrooms Meal before? If you haven't, you either hate fast food or you live under a rock, so i suggest you go try it it's the most cost-efficient meal in the world.
It used to cause a paltry $2.55, before they realised the potential in it as EVERYONE was buying it cos it was ridiculously worth it and hence they jacked the price up to $2.75.
(20 cents seems small, but multiply it by several thousand a day..)

And many people won't just buy that meal alone, because what is KFC without the best dish in the whole restaurant, the delicious CHEESE FRIES? So people will upsize the whipped potato to cheese fries at the cost of $1.20 (used to be $1, again before they realised the huge potential in cheese fries) so the meal costs $3.95, all let's just take it as $4.00.

THEN, im sure you should know that KFC has these student meals offers, like some set will be at a special price for students. e.g. Zinger burger + drink , etc.
and they all cost $4.
The STUPID thing is that one particular combo is of Cheese Fries + Pepsi

Where is the logic? So because you are a student you are more gullible so they try to cheat you of your money with this stupid 'offer'?

Ok in case you are really blur and don't draw the parallel : If you buy the Shrooms Meal +upsize to Cheese Fries, you get an additional Shrooms burger AT THE SAME PRICE as that student meal offer. (yes i know 5 cents cheaper to be exact)

With the GST hike the price of Shrooms Meal went up to $3.00 so i guess it's less stupid, but you can pay just 20cents more and get a shrooms burger as compared to that stupid cheese fries student 'offer'. So.
Gogo order that stupid student meal cheese fries, then pretend to think at the counter, then say 'OOPS sorry can i change my order' and then change it to shroomsmeal+cheese fries to irritate the KFC people =)

Ah, first day of school after the prelims. The feeling now is kinda weird, it's like, i dont really wanna slack in school anymore. Got back 3 subjects' results, chemistry, physics and math. Got B for Chem, A for the other 2. Quite satisfied =) I worked hard this time (unlike BT2) so if i did badly i'd be devastated.
just hope i dont do terribly for GP, i know i screwed up the paper :S hope at least a .. C ? ok maybe D. ahhh.

Several of my friends are all stopping their game habits by the end of this week. Why why?? Not as if they're gonna study ALL the time. Realistically speaking, i don't think i will stop gaming. Not because i'm addicted or anything, i dont mind going out with friends instead of gaming or what, but... if i dont play games, there is nothing to look forward to after studying and there is nothing else to do when im resting from a day of studying.
