Twilight

whee. weekend is here. and gone soon.

just went out with some jc friends.. ate at HK Cafe @ suntec.. zz go all the way tehre for that when kovan all that have. pam la.
well it was fun though. got to talk to old frenns. though there were no army guys! so kinda weird not having someone to talk to about army stuff. cos john and joshua are both police those cheaters. their life is damn slack la!

anw, ive been reading alot lately, after The Time Traveller's Wife i read The Assassin (which is a sequel of 'The American', a book i read before i went taiwan), then i just finished Twilight.

Which is damn good can!!

It's a romance novel about a vampire and a girl. and .. well the descriptive and narrative is very interesting and compelling. The vampire (Edward Cullen.. whom winsome/gaby are crazy about. well maybe just gaby) is described as perfectly handsome and very alluring.
it's a tinge overdone, such that some parts are quite exaggerated, which i think is intentional - like the vampire is SO attractive that everytime he touches Bella (the girl) her heart jumps (a running joke for most of the book) .. and he breathe into her neck then she faint.. blaba.

but still, it's very good. i cant wait to read the other 3 books in the series.. + the movie =)
