gahhh. so tired cos of bball today. but played like shit !!!!
Probably 50% of my passes were turned over (the other team get) , and i made alot of super wild layups/shots then i wont usually make. and footing everything all off and dunno how to qie properly.
But a main reason why many of my passes didnt go through was because NOBODY WAS RUNNING! walao eh. i will give the person eye contact then the person stares back at me. i look into the open space right in front of him for a sec, then back at the ring to distract the marker. then i pass into the open space... AND THE PERSON STILL STANDS WHERE I WAS LOOKING AT HIM INITIALLY.
so frustrating can! then it looked like i was just throwing alot of balls aimlessly into empty space. grr.
When i played in school last last week during learning fest was so fun la, everyone had passing lanes and passing was easy. It's not even like.. continuous running or what, just burst forward when a pass is viable!
also i missed a ton of landi shots (under the basket), but im gonna blame that on the church's low ring :p also i never play for over a week with the last time being in school with the higher ring (which i had to adapt to too).
overall played lousy , no feel man. :(
anyway, i thought of 2 awesome puns today.
was talking to my school fren who's in soccer, and i said: "I'm not that good la.. just tt the ppl who played tt day weren't that good. then when meet real players like you then kena tackled so easily, like no kick."
GET IT?
and another one i thought of while talking to joe, slightly crude but im gonna post it anyway:
'Eh you no balls la, dont dare go for rebound'
GET IT?!? cos if u too scared then wont go and jump for rebound. then if u dont jump for rebound you dont get any ball! AHHAHAHAH.
im so proud of myself. :p

a poem
Untitled
The autumn air is chilly
Bits of frost line the browning leaves
A gust of wind
The leaves on the ground rustle
My window pane shakes
I press my face against the cold glass
My warm breath leaves a patch of vapour
My eyes sweep the empty lawn
I feel the eager thump in my chest
And then you appear
Gracefully, magnificently, effortlessly
You stroll towards my front yard
Your moving figure pierces the still air
Leaves crunch under your delicate steps
A falling leaf hits the ground
Your poignant gaze averts heavenward
Your crystal, blue eyes shimmered in the dull air
You wait another second
as if to survey the surroundings
Another gust of wind shakes the trees
In the warmth of my home
I still shiver
More leaves rain from the sky
There is a majestic aura about you
My princess, how glorious you are!
You stand stock-still, soaking in the sun
Your bronze hair reflects the golden rays
A hint of a smile creeps across your face
I subconsciously smile too
Your head turns toward mine
Our eyes lock
A warm glow sweeps over me
You scurried over quickly
My outstretched arms beckons
My hands rest on your soft, warm skin
A tingle of affection ripples through my body
I scoop your feline body into my arms
You purr in sweet response
I scratch your neck, stroke your head
You nose scrunges up; your eyes close with pleasure
I turn and walk back into the comfort of the house
Let's go get you some food.

nice nice nice?? this idea struck me when i was walking to school in the morning.. i just had to pen it down. i showed it to pamela who was next to me and there was.. unsatisfactory response but NEVERMIND I STILL LIKE IT.
i can't think of a satisfactory title for it.. i dont want to put 'cat' because that'll give away the ending.
I need a title!

coin matrix
wow i just saw a nice variation of a trick i thought i already knew
this is the original trick: (sorry kinda draggy, the guy trying to match the music i guess)
if you really wanna know how to do this trick, can ask me or click here
I never practise it because i know i wont want to perform it - it more or less requires a soft surface so that the coins dont 'clink' too much, and most of the time tabletops and surfaces you perform on are hard.. so.. yup.
and the neat variation (just 30 seconds! watch!)
he is really good.. another variation:
i keep giggling at his accent though :p hahahhahaa. it's quite funny. =X
ok one last one, was watching and HAD to include this. totally stumped me on the deck colour change. need to learn that man! seen it coupl eof times already
ZANK YOU SO MUCH! hahahhaa
