the food/beverages i consumed today:
8.45 AM : sandwich
12.30 PM : luo han guo drink (some herbal tea drink)
2.10 PM : McDonalds SpicyWrap (sucks dont buy it waste of money, not filling)
4.30 PM: Milo Dinosaur @ RK House in Sgoon Gardens. (damn shiok)
6.20 PM : Waffles with Brownies&Cream icecream @ Ice³ in Sgoon Gardens
7.30 PM : Popiah from Chomp chomp (supposedly some famous stall but i thought it sucked royally and it cost 2 bucks!)
7.55 PM : Daohui from N&B at Sgoon Central

yup. sounds like a food trail right. but it's not on purpose! dunno why, but we just ate all these. i never had a proper meal la. like lunch/dinner or what.
was out with bestie todayy.. like just pei her while she studied (supposed to teach her complex numbers but that idiot lost her notes so she forgot what she wanted to ask)

i love the ambience at Ice³ la! it's so cosy and nice and got those nice huggable heart shaped cushions. and always at night got some pretty waitress. haha. today our waitress was rather pretty, then talk very sweet one. like those kinda chirpy sweet voice.
(in the day, for some reason, it's all male waiters)

sucha boring day. i wanna go .. watch movie. or shop. or. play something. bowl! i havent bowled in a long time. who wanna qie me. my best score is 150+ . hahaha.

mahjong

woo! gambled for the first time in my life today. haha. yes yes stop frowning or shaking your head in disapproval i'm sure you've done it before in your life too.
no? have you ever said before "eh i bet you the ... . ... etc". sure got right!! so you have gambled before!

well ok then i'm wrong when i say i gambled for the first time ever in my life. well. i gambled with MAHJONG the first time in my life today =)

went over to zhaoperng's house with some other army friends to play mahjong. :)
quite shiok, the very first round i won zi mo man dai! it was like i had 4 dai, then when i bu hua then got the winning tile. there's some rule that that gives you extra one dai, so man dai + zi mo = :D

but because of the way i play, i always try to build big. like my minimum win was 3 dai just now i think. i always try to go at least ban se (half colour) or something nice la. so i always build until v big, almost win.. then someone else win -_-

the biggest almostwin i had was this wan zi ping hu!! waiting for winning tile only sia!
(ping hu is the all sequence thing, without flowers, worth 4 dai. wan zi is the chinese characters suit. all my tiles were wan zi, that's worth another 4 dai. 8 dai man!!!!)
well of course we were playing only 5 dai maximum, but.. that's the kinda hands i always try to build. =) quite exciting leh, see your hand so nice. but .. never win la. lol.

then alot of rounds i had like, 5-6 dais waiting to win already.. then someone else win with like 1-2 dai. zz.

at least i'm an exciting player eh =) hehehe. it's quite shiok to build big, you get alot of satisfaction looking at your nice tiles. well fine, maybe just me .

overall i didn't win or lose. well, i was winning by about 5 bucks after the 4 winds was over.. but it was about 9++ and si-ann wanted to play more. so we played for another 3 winds. and in the end lose until i broke even only. well, earn 10 cents la. lol.


on a completely different note.. i'm like a handicap now! freaking 24km (which i didn't finish) route march made my knees freaking painful. can't walk around normally, hobble around like some old man. grr.

Today is Bad Friday. i mean, Good Friday. well bad because i organised bball and in the end it POURED. walao damn sad can. then everyone started leaving so.. yea in the end only played about 30 minutes at the start.

sooooo. end up playing dota the whole day with pewi. HOW BORING. oh well. hopefully tonight can go out for supper so at least.. not so sian.

oh oh, i can't stop saying how good Whose Line Is It Anyway is!!! i love all the colin-ryan games, they never fail to make me crack up, especially COLIN. he's the imba.
I love the irish drinking songs as he always ends it, then he always says some SUPER RANDOM thing with gusto then everyone just cracks up and laughs while he's still enthusiastically finishing the song.


it'll be even funnier if you had watched the whole of this episode.. because colin also says that hilarious last line in one of the earlier games and made everyone ROFL too. so when he repeats it here.. it's double rofl. :) hahaha

oh and the Weird newscaster games! it's an averagely-funny game but the funny part is the very beginning where colin starts with a weird name and a pun.. which is often HILARIOUS.
lemme see if i can find one..
ok i found one with the joke ' a man was swallowed by a whale.. he escaped by running to the end till he was pooped out'
ok it's pretty funny but not like LMAO funny. so.. searching for one which is hilarious..usually those are rather long, and u're like waiting for the punchline .. waiting waiting.. then WHAM. it hits u. hahah. ok here's one that's pretty funny as a whole, and i love the colin pun too :)

Dear BrightSparks Personnel (he/she actually left a name but i forgot and i'm lazy to open the comment again) ,

First of all, i do not have any serious issue regarding the emails your people send. Even though they are plentiful in number, i guess they're comprehensive, covering many sectors of the economy and hence have to be numerous.

Next, i'm too lazy to go login to BrightSparks and uncheck whatever box to take me out of whatever list. (I have to google brightsparks for the website link, [which will be crawled and indexed right?] go to the site, log in [if i can remember my password], locate the checkbox.. etcetc)
oh wait i just read your next paragraph where there's a link in the email that brings me directly to the website. ha nvm then.
But if you're reading this can you just change it for me ? take me out of the mailing list :p

Lastly, the main point of the post wasn't even to criticize the emailing system and it's apparent that you missed the point completely with your concluding statement. The whole point was to criticize the AD itself, which had blatant language errors in them.
I know you guys at BrightSparks are good in your language, apparent in phrases such as "on your own volition". Wow, i didn't even knew what that meant. *refer to post note*
so perhaps you should let MOE (is this gonna get crawled and indexed?) know, and have them drop by too :)
